Elissa Brewster Langston, JD, MHA, is the Managing Attorney at Brewster Howard & Associates, PLLC, where she focuses on healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and healthcare transactions. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2003, Elissa has over 20 years of experience advising senior healthcare executives on federal and state regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and legal operations management.

Throughout her career, Elissa has served as legal counsel to numerous healthcare organizations in the Houston area, including hospitals, physician groups, healthcare technology companies, and revenue cycle management firms. Her experience includes serving as Corporate Attorney for Acclara Solutions/Tegria RCM, Legal Counsel and Privacy Officer for Christus Health TLRA, and Contracts Manager for Downhole Technology. She has collaborated with healthcare companies to enhance technology integration, revenue cycle management, and operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance with HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other healthcare regulations.

She is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
